Hi, When replacing the cambelt on my 2.8 JTD can I rely on just the timing marks on the cam & crank pulley's? The auto data book I have had a look at suggests that there is (a choice of 2) locking tool to be inserted into the bell housing to hold the flywheel/crank in position. Hi folks, when returning from a trip with my motorhome on a Ducato 2005 2.8jtd chassis the engine temperature gauge indicator pointer arm started to rise and fall from normal, which is about the 9 O'clock mark on the gauge jumping about and stopping at various positions between normal and going to and sitting at the red marker

It is an CD ISO image compressed in a RAR file so you will need Winrar to uncompress the file (free on the net) which will give you an ISO image which you then burn to a CD (as an image) using Nero or similar program. Then insert the CD in the drive & it should auto start the installation on your computer.

My radiator down the bottom on the left hand side (bearing in mind mine is LHD) there was a black screw. Remove this to empty radiator and coolant system. Do do a really good flush, you need to also locate and remove your engine block coolant drain plug. Mine was located at the front towards the bottom just above the starter motor.
